Checking in/out:
You may check in anytime after 3:00 p.m., and before 7:00 p.m., unless other arrangements are made in advance. You are welcome to drop off your luggage at any time prior to check in.
Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Personal check

Deposits:
1 night – Paid in Full at the time of booking.
2+ nights – 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Cave Creek town, and Maricopa county taxes apply

Minimums:
2 night minimum on weekends
3 night minimum on holidays

Cancellations and Refunds:
To qualify for a cancellation refund, please read carefully.

• To receive a refund in the event of a cancellation of your confirmed reservation, we must receive timely notice. For stays that are longer than 5 nights, during holidays or area special event periods, and/or for more than 3 rooms, a thirty (30) day notice is required. All other stays require a minimun notice of fourteen(14) days.
  
  
• If you cancel your reservation with less than the specified notice, refunds will only be made in the event the room(s) are rebooked. Shortened stays will also be charged the number of nights reserved unless the room(s) is rebooked. Please note: in all cases, a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
  
  
• Any credit towards future bookings will be at the discretion of Management

• Room rates are based on double occupancy/for each additional
  person add $25
• Full breakfast every morning is included
• Children over 15 are welcome

• BYO alcohol; no corkage fee
• No pets. While we cannot accommodate your house pets, we do have three mare motel stalls for the temporary boarding of horses.
